Hi! I’m Khari —
Studio Systemik Founder & CEO.
I help teams go from “we all agree” to “we’re actually doing it,” by designing the structures (and motivation) that make change stick.

Studio Systemik empowers organizations to transition from aligned goals to shared ownership and functional systems.
The approach focuses on psychological ownership and motivation to ensure engagement and drive implementation beyond meetings. Operational structures are crafted and processes streamlined so that teams in private and public sectors can get to the finish line.
How I Work
Most institutions don't have a strategy problem.
They have a human systems problem—misaligned incentives, fragmented stakeholders, and change initiatives that stall because the people inside the system were never part of designing them.
That's the work I do.
I WORK WITH ORGANIZATONS WHEN:
You have data but no clear strategy for acting on it. You're trying to build cross-sector partnerships that actually hold. Faculty, staff, or teams aren't aligned around a shared direction. Students or participants aren't completing, persisting, or connecting to what comes next. You need to move quickly but your stakeholders are fragmented. An initiative is stalling and you're not sure why.
What THAT LOOKS LIKE:
Listening and Diagnostic Work
-
Stakeholder listening sessions, focus groups, and institutional assessments that surface what's actually happening inside your system—not just what gets reported up the chain.
Strategic Facilitation and Convenings
-
Structured working sessions that move groups from conversation to coordinated action. Accountability is built in from the start, not bolted on at the end.
Program and Framework Design
-
The structures, playbooks, and process maps that translate strategy into something your institution can actually implement and sustain. Without me in the room.
Collective Impact and Coalition Building
-
Designing and managing multi-stakeholder initiatives where faculty, employers, agencies, and community partners have to work together to get something real done.
Every engagement starts with a conversation about what your organization or institution is actually navigating. I work with a focused number of partners at a time so the work stays deep.
